WHAT IS PILATES?
Pilates is a system of exercises using special apparatus and/or a mat. It is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, breath, posture, and enhance mental awareness, while strengthening the deep core musculature.

Bess has over a decade of experience specializing in training and conditioning athletes; including post rehabilitation, injury prevention and overall conditioning for all types of clients. Bess also trains clients with Neurological diseases, Osteoporosis, Scoliosis, Spinal Stenosis, Spondylosis; clients with spinal fusions, knee, hip and shoulder injuries and pre and post natal women.
